Is it legally protected?

Company changed their name, address and registration details.

Now they want us to resign and re-join. Actually they wanted to cancel the existing employment agreements and sign a new one under the newly formed entity. Will this affect any of the compensations to be paid at the time of resignation (including pension). I worked for the previous company for almost 15 years.
