I've rented one of my properties to a company. At the time of initial lease, I've arranged a telephone line, electricity and water to the place under my name and the tenants were supposed to pay the monthly bills. Last year they wind up the business due to severe liquidity issues. At that time there were arrears bills for the electricity, water and telephone. Now the companies are asking me to pay the amount. If not I won’t be able to apply for a new connection. What should I do? Who is responsible at this case?
