I have a plan to open a café and thought of using BlackBerry as the name and a juice parlor where I am going to use the name Orange… Both seem to be registered trademarks and appearing against renowned business. If I use any of the above, is it going to a violation of any of the existing regulations? Instead of those, can I add some more to the preferred names and use them? As an example instead of BlackBerry, I can change it to BlackBerry café or fast foods…
