In some point in marriage couples have conflicts, sometimes it they resolved it quickly and sometimes it took them few days. There is a point in a marriage couple life that conflicts went far at hand and both cannot live with each other anymore. When the couple decided to separate they need to decide whether to separate without an agreement, separate with legal agreement or to file a divorce.
To separate without an agreement means that the couple decided to get separated on their own terms without going to court or filing a legal separation or a divorce. Most of the time couples who separate without any agreement still hope that one day they will settle down and live together again. Although somehow when they found somebody else they tend to proceed to file a legal separation or a divorce to end the marriage.
To separate with legal agreement means that the couple decided to end the marriage in legal way. They got to court and file for legal separation that will give them total freedom from each other and get on with their own lives. However in the kind of separation the couple can change the decision in the future and can still settle and get back to continue their marriage.
To end the marriage by annulment means that the couple file a petition for annulment of their marriage. When annulment is granted it will make the marriage null and void like it has never been existed at all. There five common grounds to get an annulment petition granted such as; adultery, unreasonable behavior, desertion, separation for two successive years with consent and separation for five successive years without consent.
To end the marriage by divorce is the ultimate ending of the marriage where the couple file petition for a divorce to end their marital obligation as accustom by state or countries. It is easier to get a divorce and quicker than the annulment. You can get pre-created forms for divorce on the internet and there are some Websites that will help you in processing your divorce.
In most cases couple will decide instantly and will go and file divorce. However there are couples that separate without any agreement at all and end up living together again. But for those couples, who never thought that their marriage has no chances to reconcile, the couples file for a divorce and some couples preferred to file annulment or legal separation.
Ending a marriage is not only a couples concern but mostly it will affect to the children of they have any. The couples do not need to stay together for the sake of their children; they will only tend to suffocate their selves. The children may not have any right to demand their parents to stay together but the couples need to consider the terms how are they going to arrange their duties and responsibilities to their children. As much as possible they must consider that their children will not have trauma with the situation of their parents.
